A corridor-bound Standard Operating Procedure that walks an EVSE field engineer from cable inspection through SLAC pairing to a wired OCPP 1.6J transaction, then assembles a bilingual hand-off pack so the unit is ready to operate on the China → Korea trade lane.
Download SOP Checklist (PDF) Request Quote — replies in 48hScope. Every CCS2 DC fast charger commissioned, recommissioned, or returned to service after a control-board repair on the China → Korea corridor.
Audience. TradVolt field engineers, the client's O&M duty supervisor, and OEM factory service representatives who require a shared acceptance baseline.
Trigger. New install, firmware update, SLAC retry count above threshold, or an annual maintenance slot in the CMMS.

| 10 | Inject a CP signal-out-of-range, then a PP mismatch; confirm the EVSE trips safely and surfaces a coded fault. | Field Engineer | Fault-injection spreadsheet (OEM) | fault-trip-report.pdf | Unit opens contactor; fault code logged to CSMS. |
| 11 | Compile test sheet, oscilloscope captures and firmware-vendor pass report into a bilingual handoff pack. | Field Engineer | Section 5 checklist | tradvolt-cn-kr-handoff-pack-v1.pdf | PDF < 25 MB; SHA-256 logged in CMMS. |
| 12 | Lock the asset in the CMMS, file manuals into the on-site binder, brief the duty supervisor. | Field Engineer + Operations Lead | CMMS work order | cmms-acceptance-ticket.pdf | Status “Ready for Service”; duty supervisor signs. |
Literal filenames as they appear on the engineer tablet and in the CMMS. Mismatched filenames block handover.

Routing, RoRo terms, and customs broker fees are described using Incoterms 2020 terminology in §6.
6.1 Incoterms baseline. Equipment lots are typically quoted CIP Incheon or DAP Incheon DC warehouse. The Receiving Party must provide an “Autorisation administrative pour le transit” equivalent — in practice the Korea Customs Service import declaration via UNI-PASS.
6.2 FIATA cross-border doc set. A multi-modal truck + short-sea shipment uses a FIATA FBL (negotiable multimodal transport waybill) for the CN-port → Busan/Incheon leg, supported by commercial invoice, packing list and the FIATA FIATA Bill of Lading where a single carrier accepts loading.
6.3 Cross-border CN customs. Trucks exit through the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) at Manzhouli or Hunchun; 出口退货 and ATA Carnet procedures apply when re-export is in scope.
6.4 Cross-border KR customs. Inbound road cargo clears through the Korea Customs Service — UNI-PASS. Hard declarations begin at the bonded warehouse attached to the entry port.
